I don't want to spoil any details, but a sparknotes version of the article is that an artist wants to cover all the billboards in Times Square with art in our very own Manhattan for a day!

The conceptual possibilities are endless! I, for one, would want to cycle works of art on the massive screens, rather than advertisments 24/7. In fact, my video project would look incredible that large (although it's life-size scale is what makes the video more impactful).

Any other ideas? What would you do if you could have the resources?
